At Double Perk Brews Co., every order is roasted to order—meaning your coffee is freshly crafted just for you. We don’t stock pre-roasted coffee sitting on shelves; instead, we focus on peak flavor and freshness by roasting only after an order is placed.

Processing Time

  • All coffee orders are roasted and packed within 3–5 business days of placing your order.
  • During high-volume times (like holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
  • Whole bean coffee is shipped the same day it’s roasted.
  • Ground coffee is shipped the day after roasting to allow for proper degassing and optimal flavor.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, depending on package size and destination.
    • 1x 12oz bag: USPS First Class
    • 2–8 bags: USPS Priority
    • 9+ bags: UPS Ground

Free Shipping (USA Only)

  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout using USPS rates.
  • Most international orders ship via USPS First Class International.
  • Please note: International shipping is not refundable and delivery times vary based on destination and customs. We cannot guarantee international delivery times.

Important Notes

  • Because your coffee is custom roasted, expedited shipping is not available—this ensures quality and avoids unrealistic expectations.
  • Changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after placing your order. Once an order is in roasting or fulfillment, it cannot be modified.
