Do you offer free samples?

We don’t offer free samples, but our Discovery Pack is the perfect way to explore our coffee. It includes six 2oz bags of our top blends and single origins—brewing up to 18 cups total.

When do you roast and ship?

We roast to order for peak freshness—your coffee is never pulled from a shelf.

  • Whole Bean orders are roasted and shipped the same day for the freshest possible experience.
  • Ground Coffee is roasted, then shipped the next day to allow for proper degassing, which preserves flavor and prevents packaging issues.

This extra step ensures every bag delivers the bold, balanced flavor we’re known for—whether you’re grinding fresh or brewing straight from the bag.

How long does shipping take?

Most coffee orders arrive in 3–6 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.

Coffee and merch ship separately—our coffee is freshly roasted and shipped, while the merch is made to order and shipped from a different facility.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we’re only shipping within the U.S., but international shipping is on our roadmap!

Do you offer decaf coffee?

Yes! We currently offer Peru Decaf—smooth, flavorful, and Swiss Water processed for a chemical-free decaf experience.
